Breckenridge was begun by Sunrise Construction in 1997. The homeowners’ association wants to continue the preservation of the neighborhood through the improvement and maintenance of a common areas and the promotion of recreation, health and safety within our community. The Breckenridge Homeowners’ Association is a non-profit organization with the purpose of promoting the above-mentioned issues for the benefit of all homeowners. Deed restrictions, covenants and architectural control are in effect and strictly enforced. We are funded through annual dues paid by the membership. The BHA is under the direction of election board members appointed by the homeowner members for the term of one year. The general membership meetings are routinely held annually to discuss the issues concerning the community.
